  • All existing structures located inside city limits are grandfathered in their current physical locations.
  • They cannot be moved or relocated inside city limits.

AS OF JULY 1, 2022, NEW DESIGN AND AGE STANDARDS BECOME EFFECTIVE INSIDE CITY OF SUMTER 20-YEAR OR NEWER MANUFACTURED HOMES
