Due to slippery conditions, All City parks will remain closed today (January 22).

Sumter, SC (Friday, Jan 21, 9 AM) --

Commercial sanitation services will not run on Saturday, January 22. City parks remain closed until further notice.

Sanitation services will continue as long as weather permits. Please have your roll cans by the curb from 7am-7pm.

Due to the expected threat of inclement weather, all City of Sumter Administrative Offices will be closed tomorrow, Friday, January 21, 2022.

According to the National Weather Service, the Sumter area is expected to receive a mixture of snow and ice.

All City parks will also be closed tomorrow and until further notice.

Updates will be amended to this post for any service delays or future closings.
