Robert Watts
Division Chief of Logistics
Division Chief Robert Watts oversees Logistics/Fleet services. He has held the positions of Firefighter Master Firefighter, Engineer, Lieutenant, Captain, and Battalion Chief. Chief Robert Watts has managed the fire apparatus fleet for the Sumter Fire Department since 2000. Chief Watts started in the fire service in 1975.
Division Chief Watts has received multiple awards throughout his career. Robert received the 2007 American Legion Firefighter of the Year award. Robert was also awarded the Sumter Fire Departments Officer of the Quarter award in the fourth quarter of 2018.
