The 22nd Annual Sumter Arts Showcase, “MOTOWN MAGIC"

Saturday, February 23, 2019 - 7:00pm

Please Join us Saturday, February 23rd at 7 pm at Patriot Hall , as Miss Libby’s School of Dance and Gymnastics and The Sumter Junior Welfare League present the 22nd Annual Sumter Arts Showcase, “MOTOWN MAGIC”.

With the talented Staff & Students of Miss Libby’s School of Dance & Gymnastics and The Sumter High Show Choir performing numbers from one of music’s most memorable eras, along with Sumter’s Favorite MC , Ann Wilson Floyd, you’re sure to be “dancing in the streets” by the end of the evening. We are especially excited to announce that The Soulfood Jazz Band , Featuring Dwayne Johnson will be joining this year’s line up to make you get up out your seat, while bringing down the house!

MOTOWN MAGIC is more than just an evening of exceptional talent, entertainment, and fun- it is an opportunity to assist in bettering the lives of those who call Sumter and the surrounding areas “home”.

The Sumter Arts Showcase has raised well over $200,000 for Women and Children’s services at the hospital through the generous donations given & tickets purchased. Without 22 years of continued community support for the Showcase, the funding of hospital related projects designated to enhance infant and newborn care, educational resources for parents, and so much more, wouldn’t be possible.

For more info about “MOTOWN MAGIC”, and how you can give back in a BIG way, while “gettin’ down” with us at Patriot Hall on Saturday, February 23rd, please contact the Foundation office at 803-774-9014.

Tickets are NOW available for purchase at The Tuomey Foundation (102 N. Main Street) & Miss Libby’s (155 West Wesmark Boulevard)
