Bill Pay Upgrade

On October 1st customers will have a new customer service portal available for our website!

 

Customers will have more options available with this new customer portal. You will have the ability to create an account by using the account number. Once the account is created you can log-in to view their bill online, make a one-time payment, schedule a future payment, schedule recurring payments and elect to receive their bill by email rather than paper bill.  You will have the option to pay by credit card or Check. 

 

Another new option available to customers on Oct 1st, will be phone (Interactive Voice Response-IVR) service.  By calling a 1-855-385-9409 number, you can use your account number to get your balance or make a payment.
